REVIEWS

haPPy by L.T Bourne was a great read! Talk about pushing someone to be their best self, reading haPPy had my mind going from the start on what's currently happening in my life, things I need to change, and where I want my life to go. The 8 P's mentioned, Parents, Prayer, Perception, Power, Pace, Prosperity, Purpose and Partnership have all amazingly touched me in one way or another. The three that stood out to me the most were Prayer, Perspective and Pace.
Prayer - "God answers our prayers in a way that allows us to gain some insight or lesson because life is a journey of personal growth and development."
Perspective - Your happiness depends on your perspective... I no longer want to go through it but will approach things with a 'grow through it' mindset
Pace - I'm guilty of taking time out for my happiness, this chapter definitely made me think hard and long and some changes are going to happen real soon
haPPy is a great way to reflect on your life and adjust accordingly.
